I used to live in the USA for 15 years where I was introduced to yoga. I wanted to start practicing yoga for a long time before it but I was kind of afraid to start at first. I was thinking that yoga would be too hard and I wouldn't know what to do.

Yoga really helped me not just physically but mostly mentally. It helped me to rediscover my inner peace and contentment.

After my practices I started going home feeling very refreshed, full of energy and ready to face the daily stress and I started to feel younger.

Year after practicing yoga I signed up for an intensive yoga teacher training course with the focus on Hatha yoga, Hot yoga and Vinyasa yoga. I wanted to know what more can yoga offer to me. The more I dived into it the more I realized that yoga is a life long learning and commitment. The learning process is never going to end and that is exactly what I love about yoga the most. There is always something new to discover. I can keep pushing myself and keep trying to overcome my own limits and that is very exciting to say at least.

To me yoga is not just an exercise, it’s a way of life.

In 2019 I successfully passed the final exam and I received the yoga teacher certificate.

Soon after I started to teach Vinyasa and Hot yoga for the Dallas yoga studio called SunstoneFIT where I also attended several more training sessions for yoga instructors as a way to better serve my students.

In 2020 I decided to move back to the Czech Republic but my love for yoga and my passion for teaching continues.
