I discovered yoga in 2007 when I tried to meditate for the first time in Asia. Meditation immediately approached me, and when I entered India, I understood that I had finally found myself. In India, I settled for several years and devoted myself to yoga and meditation practice under the guidance of several Indian teachers. I have always tried to find the truth and the sense of what I studied. As soon as I almost thought what yoga was, I began to teach yoga.
Since 2013 I have been doing yoga exclusively. I have learned, practiced and taught several yoga styles and since I do not like standardization, I have created my style that is driven by what may be appropriate for the group / individual. In yoga I try to share my approach to patience, balance, curiosity, sensitivity and humility. Every lesson is full of smiles, so I like to say that I practice and teach yoga for joy.
