Training zone for obstacle courses (OCR)

We have created a top, but also safe training zone where you can fully prepare yourself for obstacle course races.
The zone is freely accessible throughout the opening hours, and entry is not limited.

  • Swing ring
  • Mill
  • Hinges - nunchaku of different thickness, balls of different thickness,gibbons, ropes, circles, grapes, dots etc.

You can interleave technique training with strength exercises or calisthenics, you can use trapezes, parallel bars, kettlebells, VIPR, etc.
