Training zone for obstacle courses (OCR)

We have created a top, but also safe training zone where you can fully prepare yourself for obstacle course races.
The zone is freely accessible throughout the opening hours, and entry is not limited.

  • Monkey bar with a length of 11 meters
  • Pegboard
  • Cliffhanger
  • low-to-high line
  • Flying totem
  • Climbing rope
  • Swing ring
  • Hinges - nunchaku of different thickness, balls of different thickness,
  • gibbons, ropes, circles, grapes, dots etc.

You can interleave technique training with strength exercises or calisthenics, you can use trapezes, parallel bars, kettlebells, VIPR, etc.
