  • OCR training - Monday 6 p.m.
  • Circuit training - Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m.
  • TRX - Wednesday 9 a.m.
  • Healthy back - wednesday 7 p.m.m
  • Circuit training - Sunday 6 p.m.

All current access passes as well as Multisport cards are acceptable.
